Aurora Alert Subscriptions

All Aurora Admin subscription purchases are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to monthly and annual Aurora Premium plans.

Why subscriptions are non-refundable:

Your subscription directly funds our research and development efforts. Every dollar supports the ongoing work that keeps Aurora Admin at the forefront of real-time aurora forecasting. We continuously refine our algorithms, enhance our data processing capabilities, and improve the accuracy of our alerts to serve aurora chasers worldwide.

Before you subscribe:

We encourage you to carefully consider your subscription before purchase. Your investment helps us maintain and advance the technology that delivers reliable, real-time aurora alerts. If you have questions about our service or subscription options, contact us before subscribing.

Subscription management:

You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation stops billing at the end of your current subscription period. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods or unused time.

Merchandise Returns

Aurora Admin merchandise is made-to-order specifically for you. Once production begins, we cannot cancel, modify, or accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or buyer's remorse.

We do not offer:

  • Size exchanges
  • Color exchanges
  • Refunds for buyer's remorse
  • Returns due to incorrect size ordered
  • Cancellations after production begins

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Check your selected size, color, and shipping address to ensure accuracy.

Quality Guarantee for Merchandise

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your merchandise arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or damage, we'll make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your merchandise arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 21 days of delivery at support@auroraadmin.com. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defective or damaged item
  • Description of the issue

We'll review your claim and provide either a replacement or full refund at our discretion. You do not need to return the defective item unless we specifically request it.

Any claims after 21 days will be ignored.

Qualifying issues include:

  • Printing errors or misprints
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Items damaged during shipping
  • Wrong item shipped
  • Significantly different from product description

Lost Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us within 21 days of the estimated delivery date. Check with your carrier first using the tracking number provided. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Delivered But Not Received

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn't receive your package, check with neighbors, household members, and alternate delivery locations (porch, garage, mailroom). Contact your local post office or carrier. Unfortunately, Aurora Admin cannot be held responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Wrong Address

If you provided an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately at support@auroraadmin.com. We can update the address before production begins. Once an order ships, we cannot modify the delivery address. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer may be subject to reshipping fees.

Processing Refunds for Merchandise

Approved merchandise refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.

Merchandise Items Not Covered

The following situations do not qualify for returns, exchanges, or refunds:

  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind
  • Ordered wrong size or color
  • Normal wear and tear after use
  • Damage caused by improper care or use
  • Items damaged after delivery confirmation
  • Subjective issues like “doesn't fit as expected” or “color looks different than on screen”

Care Instructions

To ensure your Aurora Admin merchandise stays in great condition, follow the care instructions on the product label. Improper washing or care may void quality claims.
